haii all!!! today still continue with chapter 2 with sub topic intention to create legal relations.. in tention to create legal relation is for an agreement to be a contract, there must be intention between the parties that they want to enter into a legal relationship.. two types of relationship is:
a) Business/Comercial Agreement - intent legal consequences.
b) Domestic, Social, or Family Agreement - no legal relations are contemplated but may be rebuttable.
