quiz!!!

hey,, okey,, today i need to prepare myself for quiz MGT420 chapter 2 and chapter 3.. i already done for quiz chapter 1.. when lecturer give a lecture for chapter 2, I feel so sleepy,, chapter 2 is about history of management.. im little bit not like a history,, maybe that's why im feel sleepy.. i more interested with chapter 3..chapter 3 is about planning of organization.. planning is about the activities that necessary to achieve the goals of organization.. who wanna start organize for any company, they should start with plan first.. However it is a quiz, and i need to answer it and do a revision.. hope my answer will satisfy the lecturer =)
