get ready for quiz MGT420.. chapter five and chapter six.. with confidence, I answer a quiz given by lecturer.. and a few minutes later, lecturer gave an another paper to be answered.. okay .. I have to answer the quiz MGT 420 2 pieces.. difficult??? question is indeed very difficult.. tawakkal to alallah.. T_T
